What does personal training mean in our opinion?
Well – If you are looking for a relaxing hour where your trainer is mainly concerned about chatting with you, then you are probably not in the right place. An hour PT with us is intensive, tough, effective, and above all aimed to help you reach your goal as quickly as possible.
What else does personal training mean to us?
Personal Training should, in our opinion, be above all – personal, tailored to your goals, and adapted to your body and lifestyle. During an intensive process of four to six months you will be working consistently with your trainer, creating a robust team that ensures you reach your goals. The Infinit training method goes beyond just an hour of Personal Training, outside the gym we will help you optimize your nutrition, sleep, stress and mindset!
What does a body transformation look like at Infinit Fit:
1: Comprehensive body composition, health, movement and lifestyle analysis
2: Based on “1” we can calculate exactly how much weight you can lose and we map out an exact route to get you there.
3: Every two weeks there will be measurement moments, where we see if you are on track and we will gradually implement new habits that will help you achieve long-term weight loss.
4: Expect regular text messages saying things like “Well done this week, let’s keep that progress this weekend”. You too can ask questions to your Personal trainer 24/7!
5: Based on health markers such as blood pressure, resting heart rate and HRV, we can determine which training method is optimal for the current state of your body.
6: Along the way, we will try to get you to eat as much as possible while you continue to lose weight! A six-pack where you are only allowed to eat 1,000 calories and no carbohydrates is NOT the end result that we stand for!

All Infinit Personal coaches are internationally certified and follow a minimum of three courses per year with world-renowned health and fitness educators. From physiology to psychology and from biomechanics to nutrition, all our trainers have a wide range of qualities that enable us to change anyone that wants to make a change!
